250g of brew water

Method:

0:00 |  Pour 50g of brew water onto bed of coffee, allow to de-gas

0:30 |  Pour the remaining 200g of water in a steady circulation motion - Place plunger filter on top of water, do not press down

2:15 |  Press down plunger, pour into your cup and enjoy.
